If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

Product must be unused and in original condition

- Must be returned in original packaging

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and issue a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
